Similar to your new Tesla, each order requires time to be made, packaged and shipped to you. Shipping times can vary due to demand and availability of product and the location it is being shipped to. 

We recommend you allow up to 4 weeks from date of purchase to receive your order. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

All products can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or full refund of the product price.

Please note: Product must be in “as new” condition and in their original packaging. Items considered to be subject to “wear and tear” or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for refund.

Return shipping/freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items will need to be shipped to the Gold Coast, QLD.
